Upon entering the apartment, you will find a guest bathroom and a laundry area equipped with a washer-dryer, drying rack, and basic cleaning supplies. The living area includes a sofa bed, a small ottoman, a coffee table, and a rug.

The open-plan (American-style) kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, conventional oven, two-burner stove, basic cooking utensils, tableware and cutlery for four people, a blender, coffee maker, and orange juicer, as well as a breakfast bar with two chairs.

You will also find a workspace with a desk and chair, a 32-inch TV, a queen-size bed, two bedside tables, a closet, a safe, an iron, an ironing board, and a hair dryer. Finally, there is a master bathroom equipped with a toilet, shower, and sink.
