Other RulesCHECK-IN:
For security reasons, upon arrival it is mandatory to present the ID card or passport of all guests staying in the apartment, and to sign a registration document.

PETS:
We welcome pets with an additional fee per stay, which must be paid directly upon arrival. A maximum of two pets are allowed per apartment. A valid vaccination record must be presented at check-in. Pets cannot be left alone in the apartment, and owners are fully responsible for their hygiene and waste disposal.
For emotional support animals, a formal certification signed by a licensed professional must be presented, and only one is allowed per apartment.

VISITORS:
Visitors are allowed until 9:00 pm. After this time, an additional fee applies, and all visitors must be registered with a physical ID.

REQUESTS:
Should you require an iron, wine glasses, or a baby crib, you may request them from the receptionist or your host at no extra cost.

FINES AND REGULATIONS:
In compliance with the National Police Code and the building regulations, smoking, parties, and loud noise are strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will result in a penalty of COP $500,000, and local authorities will be contacted to follow the due process.
